Born on December 14, 1979, in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Completed primary and secondary education in Skopje. Graduated in 2003 at the Faculty of Law (international law) at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius.
On July 13, 2006 defended master’s thesis on “”Political criteria for admission to the European Union of the countries of Central and Southeast Europe: The case of the Republic of Macedonia”” and obtained an academic degree Master of Law in the field of international law. On November 26, 2009, at the Faculty of Law “”Iustinianus Primus””, defended doctoral dissertation on “”European Security and Defense Policy: Between Offensive (Self) Defense and Civil Security””, which earned him a doctorate in the field of international law.
From 2008 to 2015 worked at the FON University (Faculty of Law, Faculty of Political Studies, Faculty of Security).
Since December 2015 employed as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law at the University “”Goce Delchev”” in Stip with an engagement at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Tourism and Business Logistics, which are part of the University “”Goce Delchev”” from Stip. Author of several books and numerous scientific and research papers.
