Born on January 19, 1978 in Kosovska Mitrovica. He enrolled at the Faculty of Law of the University of Priština in the 1996/97 school year, and graduated in 2000 and obtained a higher education and the professional title of law graduate.
At the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad, on June 19, 2008, he defended his master’s thesis entitled “Financial leasing agreement” and obtained the academic title of Master of Laws. On March 21, 2014, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad, he defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “Legal relations in the franchising agreements” and obtained the academic title of Doctor of Laws. On July 1, 2019, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Priština – Kosovska Mitrovica, he was elected associate professor for a narrower business law scientific field. He teaches basic academic and master’s academic studies in law in: Commercial Law, Company Law, Right securities, Traffic Law, Banking Law, Bankruptcy Law, Intellectual Property Law. He is a member of the: Association of Lawyers of Serbia, Business Lawyers Association of the Republic of Serbia. Member Program Committee the International Scientific Conference „Social change in the global world”, Center for Legal and Political Research, Faculty of Law, Goce Delcev University Shtip, R. Macedonia, 2014 – present.
Participant in International Scientific Conferences. He has published more than 50 scientific papers.
