From October 2019, a PhD Candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw and at Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Warsaw (Poland), Master of Laws. In 2019, he graduated from law studies at the University of Warsaw, defending his master’s thesis in the field of public international law: “Transport of dangerous goods in the air space and in the outer space in the light of international law”. During his studies, he received the University of Warsaw Rector’s Scholarship for the best students. As part of his academic activity, he was the originator and founder as well as a long-term president of the International Aviation and Space Law Scientific Association, and served as vice-chairman of the Presidium of the Council of Scientific Associations at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. In his scientific work, he deals with aspects related to international maritime law and environmental protection, preparing a doctoral dissertation entitled “Freedom to lay submarine cables and pipelines and environmental protection in the light of international law of the sea.”
