Jaroslavs Strelcenoks

Jaroslavs Strelcenoks has 18 years (2003-2021) of practical national and international anti-corruption experience.
In 2011, the Parliament of Latvia appointed J.Strelcenoks to the post of the director of the Prevention and Combating Corruption Bureau (KNAB) of the Republic of Latvia (2011 – 2016).
J.Strelcenoks led a delegation of Latvia in GRECO (The Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) is the Council of Europe anti-corruption body) from 2012 till 2016.
Since the end of 2016 J.Strelcenoks has linked his professional activities with international work as anti-corruption expert of the Council of Europe (CoE) and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in the field of preventing and combating corruption in different countries, including CIS countries.
Since 2018 J.Strelcenoks has been teaching at the Faculty of Law at the Turiba University (Latvia).
J.Strelcenoks has two Master’s degrees: in justice and international law.
J.Strelcenoks is studying for a PhD in International Law at Turiba University.
