INTERACTION BETWEEN THE STATE AND CIVIL SOCIETY IN CONTEMPORARY RUSSIA DURING A PANDEMIC 2020 – 2021 YEAR.

Abstract: In the article analyzes analyzes the main directions of interaction between the state, business community and civil society in contemporary Russia during the COVID-19 pandemic in the spring of 2020 and up to the present time. It is shown that in the conditions of the existence of numerous social problems, the solution to which has not yet been found, the system of intersectoral social partnership between the state, business and civil society organizations continues to remain relevant and is considered as a way to activate all the resources of the region’s territory to ensure its sustainable development. The last year has shown to all countries the need for constant constructive cooperation, not only at the international level, but also within a single state. In this case the Russian Federation is no exception.
