Eugene O. Negrov, PhD in Political Science, Associate Professor of The Department of Political Institutions and Applied Political Studies of The Faculty of Political Science, St. Petersburg State University, editor and sociologist of The Media Development and Support Fund of The Baltic Media Group (part-time), reserve lieutenant.
Eugene O. Negrov was born in Leningrad in 1983, in 2000 he graduated from the author’s school 238 with profound study of English of the Admiralteisky District of St. Petersburg and in the same year he entered the Department of Political Science of The Faculty of Philosophy of The St. Petersburg State University. In 2005, immediately after graduation, he entered the post-graduate school at The Department of Political Institutions and Applied Political Studies. In 2008 he defended thesis for the PhD (“”Transformation of Official Political Discourse in Modern Russia””, 23.00.02 specialty-code), the academic title was approved by the WAC order 49k/118 19.12.08.

• Discourse Analysis, Political Discourse, Official Political Discourse;
