Currently I am a Lecturer of Law at POLIS University, Tirana Albania I earned my degree in Law and actually I am Phd candidate in International Law in Bulgaria. i am specialized in the field of Enviornmental international Law and I have an extensive expertise on environmental protection, includingthe recognition of EU Directives, the implementation of the environmental legal framework, the institutional regulation management in the prevention of pollution through the process of environmental permits and environment impact assessment,the management of environmental projects, as well as monitoring of environmental information and reporting at national and international level. From 2005 to 2018 I have a long professional experience in law enforcement institutions of the Ministry of Environment, such as the Environmental Institute, the Environment and Forestry Agency and the National Environment Agency in Albania
•I have participated in many short and medium term trainings organized by Japan
International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Japan, International University of Venice,
Italy, Central Eastern University (CEU) Hungary, Environment Agency Bristol, UK etc.
• Participants in various seminars and conferences in support of policies, regulations,
guidelines and best practices on environmental protection organized by the European
Commission’s Directorate-General for Environment, European Environment Agency
(EEA), UNEP, UNEP / MAP, UNESCO, NATO, IMPEL, MEDPOL, TAIEX / ECRAN etc.
