Edita Naskovska was born in 1972.
Education
She graduated Faculty of Law Justinian I Skopje in 1995. Bar exam passed in 1997.
Continual education on The American Law school for Human rights during the conflicts in 1996.
The Faculty of Law Justinian I Skopje, Master of Criminal law, with master thesis „Criminal legal aspects of Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Freedoms“.
She obtained doctorate degree at Faculty of Law Justinian I Skopje at University St. Cyril and Methodius Skopje, with presenting the doctoral dissertation -Criminal Law aspects of abuse of power.
Work experience
His rich professional portfolio includes working in The Cabinet of The Minister of Justice.
She has been working as a Judge at The Administrative Court of Republic of North Macedonia.
Relevant professional activities and qualifications
In career, as a judge of the Administrative Court,she worked in the area of professional protection and realization of fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and legal entities with jurisdiction over the entire territory of Republic. She have worked particular on the Article 2 , Article 6 and 8 of The European Convention on Human Rights and Freedoms and rights and duties or parents to protect children“ s rights in respect of The Hague Convention on child abuse, right of adoption, guardianship, temporary assignment and storing child.
She worked as a judge in administrative depute cases on social work area, pension-disability and health insurance area, especially for the Law of Personal Data Protection,prevention of discrimination.
She is lecturer at The Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors.
She has written many research papers regarding The importance of the coordination and harmonization of the national domestic legislation in Republic, Crime Law, Prevention of Discrimination, Handbook for Administrative depute cases.
