Borka Tushevska is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law, at University Goce Delchev in Shtip, Republic of North Macedonia. She is a professor at the Department of Business Law, and her research interests span is in the area of business law, among others, commercial law, contract law, public procurement, company law. Much of her work has been on transport law, freight forwarding, company law, and public procurement. She has a wide interest in collaboration with her colleges, especially in the field of project activities related to business law.
