He was born in Shtip, Macedonia in 1961. Graduated at Faculty of Political Science at Belgrade University. He finished his Master studies at the University of Cyril and Methodius, Institute of Sociological, Political and Juridical research in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. He finished his PhD at the same Institute. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at University of Goce Delchev in Shtip, Republic of Macedonia. He has published 5 books, 3 textbooks and 73 publications from the field of Media, Journalism and Labour Law.
